On Friday, 19th September we attended the Chinese National Day reception organized by the Chinese Embassy at the Peninsula Hotel in the London. Over 400 Chinese and British guests were present, and the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and festive.
Several attendees gave speeches at the reception, both highlighting the great progress the People’s Republic of China has made since it was first established 76 years ago and conveying their positive feelings and hopes towards strengthening of Sino-UK relations.
During this reception, several performers from both the UK and China showcased their outstanding talents, delivering an incredible singing and dancing program which received great praise.
